J-Walt Construction recently completed various interior renovations of the Veterans Memorial Center for the City of Davis, CA. 

 Renovation work included new lighting; new finishes on floors, walls and ceilings; new LED TVs in the multipurpose room, game room, and club room; a new display case in vestibule; relocation of a drinking fountain; restroom accessibility and finishes upgrades; accessibility modifications for the reception desk; new lighting for the flagpole; addition of two storage rooms, one next to the multi-purpose room and the second next to the game room; and replacement of two existing roof top air handling units with new units.  

In the fall of 2018, J-Walt Construction began work to improve 17 classrooms at the Green Valley Elementary School in Danville, CA.  

Work will include but is not limited to clerestory window removal and replacement, flashing, roof patching,

caulking, interior window coverings and miscellaneous patching and painting as needed.

This project is scheduled to be completed in the winter of 2019.

J-Walt Construction recently completed interior and exterior building seismic Mitigation and renovations for the Benicia Unified School District Benicia Middle School.  

J-Walt Construction is excited to have the opportunity to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and services to renovate and upgrade the UCD Silos, a 21,500 gross square foot dining facility located at 430 Hutchison Drive.
