Veterans Memorial Theater Siding Replacement Project, CIP No. ET0016 : The work

shall include demolition and general construction including but not limited to replacement of the existing redwood siding; installation of new wood siding; patching; repairing and recoating existing glued-laminated beams; installing new glued laminated beams; replacement of sheet metal flashings and coping; installation of new metal and pvc downspout and site drainage lines; temporary removal of existing mechanical and electrical equipment to allow installation of siding; sheet metal flashing and trim; weather barriers, insulation; painting and staining; as well as the removal of the existing loading

dock door and installation of a new, large, double-swing sound control door, in accordance

with the intent of the Project Plans and Specifications.

 Pierce Joint Unified School District broke ground for the new district swimming pool on Monday, October 23 at Pierce High School. Board members, staff, pool committee members and future Pierce students joined the architects and J-Walt Construction in this exciting event. The projected completion date is scheduled for August 2024. 

J-Walt Construction completed various interior and exterior renovations of the Veterans Memorial Center for the City of Davis, CA. 

In the fall of 2018, J-Walt Construction began work to improve 17 classrooms at the Green Valley Elementary School in Danville, CA.  

J-Walt Construction completed interior and exterior building seismic mitigation and renovations for the Benicia Unified School District Benicia Middle School.  

J-Walt Construction completed upgrades to the UCD Silos, a 21,500 gross square foot dining facility located at 430 Hutchison Drive.
